We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with:

• Estate agents on our platform: Your contact details submitted via an enquiry form are shared with the listing agent to facilitate viewings and enquiries
• Service providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), PayFast (payment processing). Each is bound by appropriate data processing agreements
• Internal administration: Information shared with authorised personnel of Retire In Style Properties for operating the platform
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities: Where required by applicable law

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy or as required by law. Account data is retained for the duration of your account and for a maximum of 5 years after account closure. Enquiry records are retained for 2 years. Payment records are retained for 7 years for tax compliance purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or alteration. Measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), database-level row security policies, hashed password storage and access controls. No transmission over the internet is completely secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
