Retire In Style Properties is South Africa’s dedicated retirement property listing platform, connecting prospective retirees with estate agents, retirement villages, life rights properties and other retirement housing options.
The Platform is a marketing and information channel only. We are not a registered estate agent or property practitioner and are not party to any property transaction. All transactions occur between buyers/tenants and the relevant agent or seller directly.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
Registered agents may purchase listing packages to advertise properties on the Platform. By purchasing a package, you agree to:
Package fees are set out on the Packages page. Subscription packages are billed in advance. Once-off packages (Single Listing / Private Seller) are valid for 6 months from date of activation. No refunds are offered on activated packages unless we have materially failed to deliver the service.
All property listings displayed on this Platform are provided for general information purposes only. We do not verify the accuracy, completeness or availability of any listing. Property prices, availability and details may change without notice.
Nothing on this Platform constitutes a binding offer, quotation or guarantee of any kind. Prospective buyers and tenants must conduct their own due diligence and engage directly with the listing agent or seller.
When you submit an enquiry or contact form on the Platform, your contact details are forwarded to the relevant estate agent or our admin team. Submission of an enquiry does not create any contractual obligation on our part or on the part of the listing agent. Response times cannot be guaranteed.
The bond repayment calculator on this Platform is provided as an indicative tool only. Results are based on an estimated prime interest rate and do not take into account your personal credit profile, bank-specific rates, additional fees, or current SA prime rate. All content on this Platform — including design, text, graphics, logos and code — is the property of Retire In Style Properties or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
By submitting listing content (photos, descriptions, etc.) to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute that content on the Platform for the duration of the listing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
